Questions, answered
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Plenty of move-out and post-construction work happens in empty units, and regular clients are often at work while we clean. We'll arrange access with you ahead of time [lockbox, concierge or key pickup].
Do you bring your own supplies?
[Yes. We bring all cleaning products and equipment.] If you'd like us to use specific products on certain surfaces, tell us and we'll work with them.
How is pricing worked out?
We quote every job individually, based on the size of the space, its condition, the service and any extras. Quotes are free and there's no obligation to book.
How long does a clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the space. As a rough guide, a standard clean of a two-bedroom condo takes [X to Y hours], and a move-out clean takes longer. Your quote will include an estimate.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us [within 24 hours] and we'll come back and re-clean anything we missed [at no extra charge].
What's your cancellation policy?
[Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice may be charged a fee of $X.]
How much notice do you need to book?
The more the better, especially around month-end, when move-outs stack up. Ask about short notice anyway. We can often fit work in.
Do you work with builders and property managers?
Yes. We handle rough, final and touch-up cleans on builds, and unit turnovers between tenancies. See the builders section or request a builder quote.
